We delivered an all-in-one benefits platform for Together Housing, one of the largest housing associations in North England, managing over 36,000 homes. The organisation provides quality affordable homes to rent or buy through Shared Ownership, in addition to retirement living and housing with care.

As a non-profit, the money Together Housing makes through sales is reinvested to benefit its residents and local communities. Our client also operates a charity, Newground Together, which delivers community projects within its operating areas.

Project requirements

With a vast and diverse workforce, Together Housing wanted a ‘one-stop-shop’ platform that could help support its HR teams to manage the benefits provision better. With this in mind, the range of benefits and support for its staff would also need to appeal to everyone.

As a non-profit, our client was also understandably cost-conscious, wanting to build something special whilst maintaining high quality and consolidating the range of benefits on offer. Together Housing also identified the need to find easy ways to communicate and reward its hard-working geographically, diverse teams.
