How quickly can the module be set up? +

Reward and recognition is part of the FlexGenius platform, so there is no separate implementation required. Overall platform setup typically takes around eight weeks, though this varies depending on the size of your organisation and the complexity of your requirements.

Can we control which employees have access to the reward giving system? +

Yes. The ability to award points and rewards can be restricted to nominated managers, with access controlled through the admin portal. You decide who can give rewards, their value, and against which criteria or corporate values.
