The client

Together Housing are one of the largest housing associations in North England, managing over 36,000 homes. They provide quality affordable homes to rent or buy through Shared Ownership, in addition to retirement living and housing with care.

As a non-profit, the money they make through sales is reinvested to benefit their residents and local communities. They also operate a charity, Newground Together, which delivers community projects within their operating areas.

With a vast and diverse workforce, Together Housing wanted a ‘one stop shop’ platform that could help support their HR teams to manage the benefits provision better.  With this in mind, the range of benefits and supportfor their staff would also need to appeal to everyone.

As a non-profit, they are also understandably cost conscious. They wanted to build something special whilst maintaining high quality and consolidate the range of benefit offering. Together Housing also identified the need to find easy ways to communicate and reward their hard-working geographically diverse teams.

What we solved

FlexGenius comes with a plethora of presentation options: video, personalisation, and many rewards and services. As a truly digital platform, accessibility wasn’t a problem. This is especially important for a company where many of its workforce spend most of their time out in the field.

With an incredible 91% engagement rate, it’s clear to see that the platform is working well in serving Together Housing’s diverse workforce!

The result

“Fair Care have provided on an on-going basis a customer-led service and solution. The implementation was managed very professionally. Subsequent updates and new benefit launches have been managed in the same manner, with fast and flexible responses.

The platform continues to provide new and relevant options to engage with our workforce. As proven by the high levels of engagement and take up.”
