FlexGenius (a trading division of Avantus Employee Benefits) operates from its headquarters in Guildford, Surrey. All elements of the business are in-house, creating a dynamic environment which can respond quickly to new ideas. Across all our teams, we foster a culture of creative and agile thinking, and we encourage all of our incredible and diverse staff to participate in our development.
