Right Formula’s HR team faced a common problem for growing organisations. They’d put together a comprehensive benefits package for employees, but people couldn’t easily see or understand them.
There were two core barriers:
- Understanding: employees didn’t understand what benefits were available
- Access: even when employees knew a benefit existed, they didn’t know where to find the right information or how to use it
This created avoidable friction for HR, too. Key details for providers and policies were spread across different places, which led to repeat questions and inconsistent guidance.

Right Formula’s benefits were organised into clear categories, with policies and guidance for each area. This made the platform useful even for benefits that are not a “click through” enrolment, such as holiday purchase.

For frequently asked benefits questions, Right Formula now has a single platform to send employees to find the answers they need, which reduces back-and-forth and keeps information consistent. This was particularly valuable for benefits such as private medical cover. - A branded, bespoke experience that builds credibility
The platform was branded to feel like Right Formula’s system – not generic software. This helped create confidence, especially at launch and in onboarding. Hughes said:
